All levels Vinyasa flow class where we will focus on healing through balancing out our major energy centers of our body. We slow down and become intimate with the subtle qualities of our energy center and release in a way that serves our highest good. Each class you'll leave feeling renewed, cleansed, and balanced.

Deep Stretch. This is a level 1/2 vinyasa class where we bring heat into different muscle groups and then spend time stretching and releasing into those areas. You will leave feeling light and loose! This class is about letting go and surrendering as we release emotional and physical imprints in the body.

Yoga with Root to Rise
These classes are not open to the general public. Ashley Seymour works with an organization called Root to Rise that offers yoga for individuals dealing with substance abuse or mental health disorders. For more information visit HERE

This is a vinyasa flow class that is open to all levels. This class will be focused on renewal and awakening of the higher spirit- our souls calling. As we turn into the cusp of spring, we will leave our winter thoughts, emotions, and physical layers behind and open to our light, expansive self.
